Hello!

Introducing Dr Sandy, an AHPRA registered osteopathic practitioner and an expert in beach holidays and re-watching Ted Lasso.

She is passionate about providing holistic care to all patients. Having suffered from various sporting injuries, she discovered the benefits of osteopathy and its focus on patient-centred care. Her aim is to create a welcoming and safe space for all patients to thrive and achieve their best version of health.

Sandy’s treatment approach incorporates various hands-on techniques, including soft-tissue release, joint mobilisation, gentle osteopathic techniques (including visceral and craniosacral treatment), as well as lifestyle and exercise advice. With a background in fitness and pilates, she loves incorporating movement into management and working with patients to rehab and return to the activities they love the most.

Since completing her Bachelors's and Masters's degrees in Medical Science, Clinical Science and Osteopathic Medicine, she has also completed further study in both internal and external pelvic release to best support patients with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse and associated conditions. She has a particular interest in women’s health – from pregnancy to post-partum, alongside supporting patients through peri and menopausal changes.

Sandra endeavours to offer each patient a thorough and integrative approach to their treatment, considering the whole person in her management approach. She regularly works alongside GPs, naturopaths and specialists to facilitate an individualised care plan.

When she’s not in the clinic, you might find her teaching future osteopaths at Southern Cross University, hitting the driving range or enjoying a good book.

Looking forward to welcoming you into the clinic!
